Compared to direct embroidery, Emblems can be stocked and applied to garments very quickly; are removable to allow for garment re-use or rebranding.

Embroidered Emblems are manufactured with 100% polyester twill fabrics and 100% polyester embroidery threads, with up to 15 colours per design.

Embroidered Emblems are produced with a choice of high-melt glue, low-melt glue, pressure sensitive, Velcro® or nonwoven backings, and can be heat sealed or sewn onto a wide variety of garments and uniforms.

Application Conditions

Repeated washing at very high pH levels (i.e. in excess of 11.5) will adversely affect both emblem and garment. Due to the diverse nature of fabrics and textiles in the market place, customers are advised to carry out application, wash and any technical tests (including flame retardant) prior to placing orders.

For initial positioning application: apply the emblem to the garment for 5 to 15 seconds, depending on the thickness of the garment.

For permanent application: turn the garment inside out so that the heat is applied to the underside of the emblem.   Ensure that the garment is opened out so that heat is applied through a single layer of fabric.  Then press the emblem for the full time stated (15-20 seconds).

Temperature / Time: Top heat only press 196ºC / 384ºF for 20 seconds  | Top & bottom heat press 207ºC / 404ºF for 15 seconds

Line Pressure: 4.5 to 5.5 bar / 4.59 to 5.61 kg/cm²

Varies to suit platen size of heat press. Turn the garment inside out so that the heat is applied to the underside of the emblem.
