Low Profile

Giving the appearance of direct embroidery, Polymark's Low Profile badges are manufactured using 100% polyester fabrics and threads. They are available with stitched or fabric border, or with no border, and can either be partially embroidered allowing some background fabric to show through, or fully embroidered. Low Profile badges are supplied with either a high-melt industrial grade or low-melt adhesive for heat seal application.

• Wash temperature up to 80°C (175°F)
• 100% Polyester construction for durability and high wash performance
• Extremely detailed/intricate design opportunities
• Finished with stitched, fabric or no border
• Removable
• Available in lower melt adhesive if required for more delicate garments
• Up to 15 thread colours
• Minimum order quantity of 25
